LazAI Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and LazAI, an independent iPhone app based in Australia ("LazAI", "we", "us"). They apply to your use of the LazAI iPhone app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these Terms.

2. Who can use LazAI

You must be at least 13 years old to use LazAI. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

You sign in to LazAI with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Apple or Google account secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.

You can delete your account at any time in the App's Settings.

4. Price and fair use

LazAI is currently free. To keep it running for everyone, we may set reasonable daily limits on AI features such as chat, read aloud and voice mode.

We may introduce paid features in the future. Any purchase will be made through the Apple App Store under Apple's payment terms, and the price and terms will be shown to you before you buy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use LazAI for anything illegal, or to create or share content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful or sexually exploitative
• Try to get around usage limits or security measures, or access other people's data
• Use automated tools, scripts or bots to access the App or its servers
• Reverse engineer or copy the App, except where the law allows
• Use the App in a way that infringes anyone's rights or breaks the policies of our AI providers
