LazAI
Effective Date: 13 April 2025
By downloading, installing, or using the LazAI mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LazAI, operated as a sole trader under the trading name LazAI, based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 17, you must not use the App.
To access the App's features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
LazAI offers both free and paid subscription tiers:
Free Tier: Free users are entitled to a limited number of AI messages per day as specified within the App. These limits may change at any time with notice.
Paid Subscription: Paid subscribers receive access to additional features and higher usage limits as described in the App at the time of purchase.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
